I am the Group Company Accountant and am part of the Senior Management Team. In my role I manage all aspects of the financial function for the business. As part of a really great team I provide relevant financial and forecasting information for the business on an ongoing basis, helping us optimise our performance. I feed into key strategic business decisions that are made and help plan for the future.
I have a deep understanding of employment law, I manage the legal aspect of the business and ensure that we are on top of all regulatory obligations and that we optimally manage our contract and interim business in particular.
I am a qualified CGMA Accountant and am a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and am also a Graduate of the Marketing Institute of Ireland. Having qualifications in both finance and marketing is useful in a business like ours!
I particularly enjoy seeing how the Alternatives business performs and evolves in our ever changing environment I enjoy helping us keep us ahead of the curve. I take great delight when our team make great placements and happy clients and candidates all add to our excellent reputation in the marketplace.
