I work as a Marketing & Digital Resourcing Specialist at Alternatives, acting as a bridge between talented job seekers and the Alternatives Consultants team who help you find your next career move.
Being in the recruitment industry since 2017, I’ve been in a position to see incredible changes in the employment landscape. Having worked for four years as a Recruitment Consultant, I have the experience to help professionals tease out what motivates them and translate that into what they want from their next role and their career.
With a master’s degree in Research I have the skills to analyse job market trends and support companies by expertly finding and matching top marketing talent in Ireland to the right opportunities. For anyone thinking of a change in role and not sure where to start I can be an impartial ear to offer advice and explore all of the options that we have available at Alternatives.
