About the Charity	We an exciting, growing charity who works with people at risk of becoming homeless or who are experiencing homelessness across the five counties of the South East. We have a dynamic, young, enthusiastic and competent business based board of directors. Our national affiliation to the other Simon Communities of Ireland give us brand recognition with a recent, nationally commissioned poll showing that 46% of people asked knew what Simon does and thought we provided reputable, quality services. Project Detail	Our community has a new shop called The Open Door in Waterford City. This project has to generate money to support the work of the community with people who are homeless. The shop stock comes from donations and we need to acquire the skills To generate a constant stock flow To market the shop in a way that makes it a constant consideration for people in Waterford To create a positive image of the shop with both donor’s and shoppers To measure the success of this in stock donations and cash sales To learn how to do this ourselves and make it a constant.
