The conference is being hosted by Childminding Ireland and while the event logistics are being outsourced the management and marketing focus remains with the Childminding Ireland team. Currently the event structures are in place and a dedicated space is allocated for Exhibitors in UCC, the mailing list is 500 strong with national and international childcare professionals and a dedicated website is in place. An early bird registration package is in place as is an Exhibition package but take up is slow. Hence we would appreciate the assistance of a marketing company on internationally targeting and marketing the conference to increase attendance.

Childminding Ireland has committed three staff members to work on this project while also managing their other roles. International marketing expertise and experience in attracting exhibitors and managing the exhibitor’s expectations would be ideal.
