The development and roll out of a targeted below the line marketing campaign including PR aspects such as radio, TV, press mentions and perhaps a low budget, high impact event with Childminders and the assistance of the relevant County Childcare Committee in each area.
Internal staff of Childminding Ireland consists of five part time staff members, three full time staff members and two regional representatives. This skill base includes a Communications and Development officer who works on a part time basis managing PR, the web site, the office IT management and events run by Childminding Ireland. Therefore marketing while a priority in theory the realistic output is low due to time constraints.
