Some countries get some very bad press. We need to present projects and poverty in these countries in an alternative way to an often tired and cynical audience.
It is imperative to create a fresh new strategy to foster a new vision of poverty and child health in the developing world. This is done by redesigning the existing PR materials, developing new PR priorities, and creating innovative approaches to attract help and support to difficult projects such as those dealing with intestinal worms, female circumcision, and cholera control.
1. Develop innovative PR concepts for countries & causes that find it difficult to attract support
2. Evaluate images and current materials
3. Provide guidance on handling ‘unpopular’ causes
